Cancellation policy

At Kopy Scent we offer flexible ways to purchase our products including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy. This policy explains how each works and how you can make changes or cancel.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected at checkout — typically monthly. By completing your subscription purchase you expressly authorise Kopy Scent to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. A record of your authorisation including the date, time, and subscription terms accepted is stored at the time of purchase.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you chose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

How to cancel or change your subscription

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by clicking the subscription management link in any of your order confirmation emails, or by emailing us at help@kopyscent.com. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us immediately to verify.

Subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error please contact us at help@kopyscent.com before initiating any dispute with your bank. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order you are buying a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment when your order is ready to ship. You will be notified by email before any remaining balance is charged.

How to cancel a pre-order

If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled you can cancel it at any time by contacting us at help@kopyscent.com with your order number. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund of any deposit paid within 5 to 10 business days.

If your pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped it cannot be cancelled. However you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy by contacting help@kopyscent.com within 30 days of delivery.

Pre-order delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production schedules, supplier delays, or events outside our control. We will communicate any significant changes to your estimated delivery date by email as soon as possible.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item we will authorise your payment method before fulfilling your order. This authorisation is not a charge — it simply holds the funds while you try the product.

You will have a set number of days from delivery to decide whether you want to keep the item. This timeframe will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and in your order confirmation email.

Keeping the item

If you choose to keep the item or if the try period expires without a return, your payment method will be charged the full amount automatically. No further action is needed on your part.

Returning the item

If you decide not to keep the item, you must initiate a return before the try period expires by contacting us at help@kopyscent.com. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Once we receive and inspect the returned item your authorisation hold will be released within 5 business days.

Items returned after the try period has expired or items returned in a used or damaged condition may be charged in full at our discretion.
